Museo Archeologico dell’Antica Capua
The tower of S. Erasmo is home to the Archaeological Museum of Capua which was set up to house the archaeological finds discovered in the area of the ancient city of Capua. The exhibits include Bronze Age material and grave goods from two Iron Age cemeteries in Capua: the Nuovo Mattatoio cemetery and the Fornace cemetery. There is also pottery dating to the Greek period and examples of local bronze craftsmanship.
